I built this for myself — a quiet way to set a few practices each week and see what I actually did. No notifications, no streaks-shame, no points. A handful of friends are using it now too.

  • i. Set a few goals each week. Targets between 1 and 7 days. Check them off as you go.
  • ii. One keystone goal. Mark the practice that matters most. It stays at the top.
  • iii. Optional leaderboard. See how friends are doing this week. Off by default.
